Mr. Upendra Phuyal has a MS degree in Development Communication Development Communication from the University Pertanian Malaysia following by his B.Sc. degree in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry. He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the field of Extension Education, Information, Communication, monitoring and evaluation including planning and implementation of development support communication activities in the development programs and projects.
Mr. Pabin Shrestha is a very energetic researcher dedicated to Environment, Biodiversity and Natural Resource Management. He had completed a Master’s degree in Botany from Tribhuvan University in the year 2017. He has been devoting his time to Innovative Vision as Program Officer since 2021.

He worked as a producer of audio visual program for Agriculture Information and Communication Center / Ministry of Agricultural Development, Government of Nepal for 30 years. After getting retirement from the Government job in 2022 Mr. Giri has been involved to Innovative Vision Pvt. Ltd. as a director as well as narrator of the audio/video programs.

Mr. Arun Sharma has Bachelors in Business Studies (BBS) from TU and he has sound professional knowledge of video editing. Mr. Sharma has been involved with Innovative vision since the past seven years. He edited more than 500 video documentaries, television commercials and so on.
